When you request a withdrawal, it may remain on hold for various reasons. Please check below for  possibilities reasons:

1) Your player account has not yet been verified
Please note that when your player account has been verified, withdrawals are validated, on average, within 24 hours.
Please check that all your documents have been uploaded and verified.
For more information on document requirements, please consult your ‘Profile’ section.

2) Your withdrawal limit has been reached
You have the option of withdrawing a maximum of $5000 per 7 rolling days.  
All players have the possibility of 2 validated withdrawal transactions during a 7 day period. If, for example, you make four withdrawals of $1000 at the same time, only two will be validated in 48 hours on average.
The remaining two withdrawal requests will be validated after 7 days.
