If you are unable to make a withdrawal, there may be several reasons. Below are the different possibilities:

1) Bonus in progress
When you have a bonus in progress, it is not possible to make a withdrawal.
As a reminder, the maximum amount that can be won and/or withdrawn from any Bonus is 10x (10 times) the original bonus amount (unless otherwise stated).
In order to make a withdrawal, the wager must be completed (see help article ‘Bonuses: How they work’).
If you do not wish to complete your bonus and instead withdraw your real balance, your current bonus must be cancelled (see the ‘Cancelling my bonus’ help article).

2) Non-wagered deposit
As part of our obligations to combat fraud and money laundering, all deposits must be wagered at least once before they can be withdrawn.
If you deposit, e.g., $10, you must wager this amount at least once before you can withdraw.

3) Minimum withdrawal amount
The minimum withdrawal amount is $100
If your balance is less than this amount, you will not be able to withdraw.

4) Maximum withdrawal amount
The maximum withdrawal amount is $5000
If you request an amount higher than this, you will not be able to withdraw.
