If your documents have been rejected, it means that the submission requirements were not met or the wrong document was submitted.

🚨 When we verify your documents, we email you all the details related to this verification. Please check this email to learn more about why your documents were rejected.

1) Check your documents
Ensure that all four edges of the documents are visible.
Your documents must be in color.
We do not accept duplicates.
Make sure the documents are clear and of good quality.
Verify that the document you wish to upload is the one requested.
All documents must be valid and not expired.
Ensure that your first and last name appear on each document.
Check that the documents sent are accepted (you will find the lists of acceptable documents in our article "Send my documents").


2) Send your documents
Upload your documents in your player account under "Profile", section, "My documents".
Once processed, you will receive an email allowing you to follow the progress of the verification of your player account!
