Changing your postal address is quick and easy. Follow these steps to change your address:

1) Accepted types of proof of address
This document must be less than 3 months old.
This document must be in your name.
If the document is not in your name, please provide us with the double-sided identity document (passport or driving licence) of the person who's name is on the document, as well as a handwritten letter from them, explaining that you are living with them.
(signed, dated, mentioning the date of birth of both the guest and the host, and at the postal address given).
Accepted documents are:
৹ A bill for an electricity, telephone, internet, or gas contract
৹ A housing insurance certificate
৹ A tax notice for the current year (if received within the last three months)
৹ Bank statement (except online banks)

2) Contact us
