Changing your identity information requires verification. Please follow the steps below:

1) Have your identity document ready

The document must be valid and not expired.
We accept the following documents:

• Passport (both pages must be visible)
• State/Territory issued identity photo cards
• Driver’s license (only card, not digital)
• Learner's permit (only card, not digital)
• Convention Travel Document
• Certificate of Identity
• State or territory government issued proof of age card
   

2) Contact us

🚨 Before sending your documents, please make sure they are legible, in color and with all four edges visible.

Send us your identity document via our live chat or e-mail.
Make sure you send us your correct details, as well as the reason for your request to change your first name, last name or date of birth.

3) Feedback from our services

Once we've received your identity document and explanation, our dedicated service will assess your request and process it.
A confirmation e-mail will then be sent to you when the identity information has been modified !
