🚨 Once your bonus has been cancelled, we unfortunately can not credit it again!

Our bonus conditions are simple, and our bonuses are non-sticky, meaning you can cancel your bonus balance to withdraw real money at any time.

If you make winnings with your deposit, these winnings remain real. You can then cancel your bonus and withdraw your real balance.

Once your wager of e.g. $30 bonus has started, you must release it by playing 30x times the amount of the bonus.
As long as the bonus has not been released, all associated winnings in the bonus balance will also remain unreleased.

The bonus is a second chance if you lose your deposit, but it is subject to conditions (see help article ‘Bonus with wagering requirements: How they work’).

You can see the bonus balance displayed along with the actual balance on your player account. When you cancel a bonus, it is the bonus balance that you are cancelling.

To cancel a bonus, go to the ‘Bonus in progress’ page and click on ‘Cancel’.

To avoid click errors, you must ‘confirm’ the deletion of your bonus.
