Making a withdrawal request by bank transfer is quick and easy. Please follow the steps below:

When you first send your documents for your account to be verified, you must send us your bank details. This is when your bank details are connected onto your player account (See help article ‘Sending my documents’).

This will mean that you will not need to fill in your bank details each time when selecting this method for a new withdrawal.

Go to the ‘My Wallet’ section from the home page.
Click on 'Withdrawals'.
Select ‘Bank Transfer'.


💡Useful information:

A withdrawal is validated in 48 hours on average, after your account has been verified.
The minimum withdrawal amount is $100
The maximum withdrawal amount is $5000
Once your withdrawal has been validated, it may take between 2 and 5 business days for it to appear in your bank account (depending on your bank).
